You have to enter their last name, and a first name or initial to see what comes up. You may find a lot of people with the same name, but you may be able to pick out the right email. You could even try all of them if you are eager to find your missing person.
If you are in the reverse position, meaning you don’t have a name, but you do have the number, you can use the Yahoo People search for a reverse phone lookup. That may tell you who owns a particular phone number. If that does not help you, you can try to search a phone number through one of the many reverse phone number searches you can find elsewhere online.
